As it is possible to add descriptions to the event categories as well as assign images I thought there would be a way to display this information on the website based on a slug, just similar to the list of oganizers with ‘organizer’ slug and the list of venues with ‘venue’ slug.

Still the ‘event_category’ slug leads to “page not found”. Any hint on how to get this work would be appreciated.

Thanks again for the great plugin! I am still trying to convince the customer to purchase the pro version – would facilitate my job in costumizing the layout ??

    Dear sinitita,

If you use evnent_category/categoryname it should display the events of that specific category. This is not our product-related but instead that’s a WordPress standard taxonomy system, which is being used by our product.

Yes I know that the plugin uses wp taxonomies and I basically know how to use custom taxonomies. Could you please give me a hint where to start if I want to behave the ‘event-category’ slug just as you have realized it for the ‘organizer’ and ‘venue’ slugs? E.g. a list of ALL categories (not events of a specific category).

I also thought you had an idea in mind when you created the possibility to upload category images. So for what are they if they can’t be displayed within the product?

    Dear sinitita,

There is no All categories option. Only individual events categories can be opened in a new link.

As for the images, we are currently working on its development. Soon they will be used properly. Thank you.
