• Hi,

on small screens (MacBook 12″) there is still a display error, the edit windows is truncated on the left by the wordpress menu. Reducing the size of the browser window (Safari 12) and restoring it, corrects the error.

    Kind regards,
    Joe

    Hi @zappob,
unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the issue you reported on Mac+Safari using the latest versions of WordPress and the plugin. I suspect it could be a CSS conflict with another plugin or theme.
If you’re familiar with browser’s developer tools could you check the computed z-index for the #adminmenuwrap div?
Generally speaking, could you go through our troubleshooting guide (see FAQ) and provide additional information?
    Thank you.

You’re right, it happens when using templatesnext theme i-excel:

I will not appear to be lazy, but I’m not able to figure out, what happens here… can you?

    Kind regards,
    Joe

    Hi there,
after further investigation I have been able to reproduce the issue, which was not related to a specific theme. It was only occurring on newly created widgets on small screens.
The problem has been fixed in version 2.6.4 just released.

Sadly I have to report, that V.2.6.4 didn’t resolve the problem. Maybe it’s also related to the named theme?

    @zappob
I don’t think this is strictly related to the theme, but could you try to temporarily switch to one of the WordPress default themes and check if the issue is still present?
Does the problem occur only on newly created widgets or also on previously existing widgets?

With the standard WP themes there is no issue, only with my used i-excel (see link above) this happens, regardless of using a new widget, or editing an existing one.

My workaround is to use a fullscreen window under macOS.
