    Hi there,

I had a situation where customer entered Postal code not matching their location address. The plugin did not calculate shipping prices and neither showed error about it, leaving customer wondering why they cannot process the order. Is there a way this error can be showed on frontend in cases like these ?

    thanks,

    Hi @ssharmaraven5,

I think I’ve had a different experience attempting to follow your steps. To explain I used a zip code in an entirely different state, but did your customer by chance use a zip code that was valid in the city or state? Maybe the typo was still technically correct?

Nonetheless, I see these errors when the zip code doesn’t match at the state level.
