    Hi there,

    it seems the problem is caused by a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    Please try the plugin with only WooCommerce and a WordPress default theme enabled and let us know if the problem persists.

    Hi, thanks for your replay. I have deactivated all the plugins except woocommerce but still showing the same issue. I have switched to another theme as well

    it’s too strange, it would be useful if you could send me a video where show the corrupted panel, the active theme page and the active plugins list.

    Seems to be working fine now, might be some caching or dns issues I guess.
