• I’m getting this error “Service Error: There was a problem getting the configuration information. Please try again later.”, after I re-install WordPress directly in WordPress admin

    How to fix this? Thanks!

That sounds more like a server issue. Can you access your server via FTP or SFTP?

    Yes, I can access it

Ok, but you still can’t access your site?

If so, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I can access my site as well

Ok, so the problem is resolved then? Or, if not, would you please describe the problem in more detail and provide a link to the site?
