customer informed me about this error while tried to pay:

“unable to render correctly, Note to Administrator:
Please try enabling other modes like no jave or lite mode….”

    how can this be fixed?

thank you for your reply but if the problem are themes then default ones shouldn’t have problem! everything worked fine before. and how can i solve it with my theme?

As for failed payments again i never had problem before and customer most likely use exchanges.

Then its mostly likely a browser cache issue for customer side. Try checkout yourself without Lite Mode in an incognito mode and if it works, you should be ok.

About failed payment it really depends on what the customer paid. The paid and expected btc can be clearly seen in woocommerce details

Can you share the bitcoin tx and bitcoin address from woocommerce details and we can help you further

About rendering issue, can you downgrade to plugin version 3.5.5 and see if that changes anything
