It is the value of how many times the product was downloaded.

In that there is a function named edd_report_customer_column_data so you just need that function. It will give you the total number of downloads for particular product.

You need to pass respective download id in that.

I put an add_shortcode (‘download_count_product’, ‘edd_report_customer_column_data’);

However, it didn’t work, can you tell me why?

I added the code to my theme’s functions.php.

Sorry for the delay response.

The link which I have shared you has the code to display the Product Download in EDD Customers Listing Page at admin area.

While the code which you have provided is the shortcode and which will work when you add it in ant page / post content and view at front end side.
