Display Donors

Currently, that’s best done with a custom PHP snippet that we provide. This creates a shortcode that you can customize with some attributes. See here:

This is perfect! The one small thing is that it’s showing $50.000000. How do I round that to two places after the decimal for cents?

Note: A more full feature for this is coming soon either to Give core or a free add-on.

The code before worked better because it displayed the persons name. Now it’s not displaying names…..

Hmmm… I just tested that and had no trouble with showing names. See here:

Are you certain the code was updated correctly on your site? Also, can you ensure you’ve run all database updates for Give? Check whether you see a menu item at “Donations > Updates”.

I see. I had to enable “avatars”. But it’s still not showing their name. No updates are needed for the Give plugin.

@dlocc realized that the code was updated for Give version 2.0 which we are planning to release next week. So, you can use the old code for now if you like (which you can access here: https://github.com/WordImpress/Give-Snippet-Library/blob/72d4f6c5cdbdf01ad94a6651d59a16ffc334fc71/add-on-snippets/pdf-receipts/pdf-receipt-custom-font.php) or the new code will work as intended after you update to Give 2.0 next week.

Matt before I revert back to the old code also are you sure that is correct link you sent as that says its for “pdf receipts” whereas we want “show donors”
