display different field content

    i used wp user frontend version 2.5.7.
    it is display different field content.
    for example,
    field “telephone number” , it is display “postcode” field’s content.
    Some fields directly display as post ID number(actual is ID-1).
    as i gave the link above, the post ID is 3071, several fields filled as “3070”
    how can i correct it? could you help me?

    thank you reply so quickly.
    i try to create a ticket, but it jumped to “pre-sale”, i don’t know why.
    i tried to create a support ticket, but it don’t allow me to choose “Products”. so i can’t change my ticket from “pre-sale” to “support ticket”
