Display description NEXT to image

Is there a way to display the image description next to the image rather than below it?
I am using nextgen gallery for my recipe page: https://thejuiceplanet.com/juice-and-smoothie-recipes/
It looks bad displaying below the image. I want the user to be able to see image and description without having to scroll down the page.
