Display description beneath subcategory link?

    I’ve been searching for an hour to find a plugin like this! I notice you can hover your mouse over the subcategory link to view an alt code of the description…is there a way to display this description beside the text? Perhaps to generate subcategories as its own row e.g. <table><tr><td>Category Link1 </td><td>Description1 </td></tr><tr><td>Category Link 2</td><td>Description 2</td></tr> </table> for instance?

    The link text is generated by WordPress via a function so the short answer is that this is not possible in this plugin. It’s possible to code it that way as a customisation but it’s not something that I will be adding.
