Display Date on below the delivery selection

    Hi,

    Is it possible that the date field appears just below the delivery selection? That is to say between the summary of the order and the payment.

    When the pickup time should be tightly linked to the shipping method, using the plugin settings, the placement can’t really be changed due to the way the checkout output is produced and hooks available by WooCommerce.
