For this go to Header option Settings (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> Header option) in Customizer and Choose From WordPress Setting and Save or publish settings, you can following screenshot link: https://prntscr.com/137wnir

then go to General settings (Theme Dashboard >> Settings >> General) And change your time zone according to your need, you can also following screenshot link: https://prntscr.com/137wrs9
