Display data from another form

    I want to create a form dropdown that pulls data from another database table and shows 2 columns in the dropdown. I see it can pull 1 column but not two.

    Also is there a way to filter this dropdown by another field on this form?

    I am not a SQL guru and was hoping to accomplish this via a plugin.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user if you mean to show 2-column-dropdowns under one field then this is not possible.

    As for filter can you please elaborate more on this, how you want to filter?
    If you have any example please share it with us.
