To apply discount for members: Is the Members are added to a new Userrole and listed in WordPress -> All Users -> Role ?

In that case, we can provide discount only for specific userroles using the additional condition -> Userrole (choose the Member role) via Discount Rules for Woocommerce plugin.

For adding a text/banner in the Cart page, using our plugin we can display discount info to customers via the following ways:

Yes, the members have a specific user role.

My request essentially concerning the display of a restricted content. => It turns out that I can do it with the member plugin I’m using.
