Display Custom Post Content After Rebuilding Shortcode via Function

Hello! I just followed your code snippet here and it worked great. But instead of pulling in excerpt, I need to pull in the content. In my shortcode itself, it says include_content=true, but when I dropped the aforementioned function into my functions file and made the tiny adjustments, it all worked great — except my content disappeared. How can I get that back? ?? Thank you!

(As you can see from the link I provided, there are no descriptions on those menu items, but that’s not a custom field, just the regular content field.)
