Display Custom Field in Revolution Slider

  • I have set up three custom fields in posts that I want to display with a Revolution Slider Slide that displays event information. (ie location, date and event name)

    You can add basic meta data from posts into a slide with %meta:xxxxxx% but how can i reference a custom field made with Types?

  • I’ve had the same problem, here’s the solution I’ve found:
    In WP-Types go to ‘Custom Fields Control’, in the column ‘Types Name’ look up the value of the Custom Field you want to display (It’s something like ‘wpcf-xxx’.) That’s the value you’ll have to put into the Revolution Slider meta-tag, like so: %meta:wpcf-xxx%
