Display Custom Checkout fields on order email

    Hi,

    I have added new checkout fields to my site, they are visible on the checkout page but in the new order confirmation email, they are not there, I have activated ‘show field in email’ but they still dont show up.

    How do I add them.

    Hi, thanks for using our checkout field editor plugin. We need more details about your website. Are you using any Email customisation plugin other than default Woocommerce emails.

    No, Only use the woo commerce emails, do I need to add some code to the .php file on the email?

    Thanks for your reply. Usually our plugin extra fields are automatically added to order emails if they are set to “Show this Field in Order Email”. We think this is specific to your website. So we need more details about your website. So can you create a private support ticket on our Acowebs support forum as there are some limitations to ask questions in WordPress forum.
