[LOOKING FOR A PLUGIN] – Display content selected from a dropdown menu

Hello everyone,

First time i use this forum, I usually find plugins or guides that fit my exact needs but not in this case ! I hope some people will be able to help me ??

The website isn’t created yet, so I can’t give you an URL.

Basically, I have three rows of three articles, or portfolio items, or whatever. I would like to have a dropdown menu above it and being able to sort out the articles from this menu like :

Only display items from a certain category or tag

But the problem is i didn’t find any plugin for that
