display conditons on pc

    On my website i have added advanced ad widgets to the left sidebar to show 2 300×250 ad units

    on the ad settings i added visitor conditions to only show these ads on desktop NOT mobile.

    but they are showing up on the mobiles too when i checked…

    why is this?

    thanks for reaching out.

    I just visited your site and checked with mobile and desktop. I couldn’t see the top sidebar ad on mobile. Can you confirm that it works now?

    you can see two ads the top one is 300×250 i dont want to see these on mobile they are too big
    under it is a smaller banner style ad that it is ok

    ok resolved now it wasnt ad from sidebar though it was same size, it was setup in placements for some reason the visitor setting wasnt set it their.

    May I ask what you mean by that? I would like to learn if there is anything I can improve in the interface of the plugin.
