First off, I commend the authors of this plugin. It has been a Godsend for dynamically managing page content.

I have been a user of the Display Conditions for about a year now and they were working well until I changed hosts.

Initially I was on AWS but have moved to DreamHost Shared Hosting.

I can’t explain but the “Time of Day” display condition no longer works. Any content which uses the “Time of Day” condition never shows. When I removed the “Time of Day” condition or changed the parameters from “All conditions met” to “Any conditions met” the content shows.

The “Current Date” condition continues to work as expected.

I am not seeing any errors being generated. Any idea why?

I am currently on PHP 7.4 in DreamHost.

While the original issue was not resolved I have found a serviceable workaround. Using “Current Date” and “Time of Day” conditions together are useful to show content at specific times in a range of dates (like a daily show).

However on DreamHost I found that using several “Current Date & Time” conditions can achieve the same effect.

I’ll mark as resolved but leave this in case anyone else encountered this specific issue.
