    1. Site Reviews provides 3 Blocks, 3 Shortcodes, and 3 Widgets. These are used to add the functionality to your pages. See the “Site Reviews > Help > Shortcodes” page for help with the shortcodes.

    2. Site Reviews adds the required JSON-LD schema for the reviews and ratings. This complements any existing schema on your pages. As long as the schemas on your page share the same @id, they will be linked. See the “Site Reviews > Help > FAQ” page to learn how to extend the schema to add additional values (such as the @id). If you have set “Product” as the schema type in the settings, the Site Reviews schema will already include an @id value to match the one Woocommerce uses in its schema.

The million dollar question is how does the star rating get displayed in search, does google controls this or in time does it show up and how does one see if it is displayed on Google?

You can use Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool to test this. Also note, in order for the schema to be generated you will need to enable the block/shortcode option as it is disabled by default.

A million dollars would be very much appreciated. You can use the Donate button on the WordPress plugin page. ??

And if I have this plugin installed https://wpschema.com/ and also using your plugin this doesn’t affect what I am trying to accomplish by getting the star rating to show in a google search?

You can choose not to use the Site Reviews schema, but then you will need to manually update the rating values yourself for the averageRating schema every time a new review is submitted. Site Reviews calculates this automatically.

Site Reviews is not intended to be a complete schema solution for your website, it only adds the schema that google requires for reviews and ratings. A page can have multiple JSON-LD schemas, and as mentioned above, you can link multiple schemas with the @id schema value.

There are a few topics on this forum about this, so maybe do a search on this forum to learn more.
