Display Code in Posts Like WordPress.com

Clicking on the “Extend” at the top of this page – always takes you to the plugins directory, and the search over there works well…

I am not sure if the sourcecode plug in was there as the Unattended has disappeared. I tried it too but did not find it. I searched by using the words “source code plugin” but a bunch similar results were displayed. I will search around help. BTW, can post the sourcecode without using any plugin like this?
