Display chat window on click

  • Hello. With the pro version, is it possible to display the chat window on clicking a button rather than having it always visible? Thank you.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can upload an image to be displayed when you’re online and also one when you’re offline, and paste the generated code anywhere on your website.

    You can alternatively generate a simple hyperlink like “Live chat with me” that opens the widget if you prefer.

    Using the Advanced CSS option, you can hide the button entirely as well.

    You should be able to play with this if you’re on the trial from the Advanced Appearance tab in your chat widget settings inside of Formilla, under the Live Chat Images/Links accordion.
