Presently, the plugin is not verified as compatible by WPML on their website:

You’ll need to open a support request with them to ask for compatibility and to solve this particular issue, I’m afraid. Here’s their English support forum:

They advise you to join their go-global programme.

Thanks for that. We here at SkyVerge announced last week that we’ll be shifting development and support of the plugin to the folks at Automattic, so I’ll make sure our team gets a note about this for the transition.
