Display categories instead of title

Hello,

I was wondering of this following is possible:

To display Organiser and Category in the ride side bar instead of booked even title.
All I want is user to go on the booking page, select a organiser, select a category, start date and time, end date and time, their email address, name and submit.
Once submitted then the booked event for a specific date will show Organisers name, Category and the usual time and date.
