    Hi Thomas and thank you for a very useful plugin.

    I’m trying to figure out how can I display the caption source below the image by using custom CSS in a responsive way. I am using the “overlay” option from settings and tried several CSS tricks without a complete success.

    I’ve been playing with “top” and “padding” values but if I get to a position that looks good on desktop, it will be off-position on mobile. I’ve made a custom CSS for mobile but then it gets off-position for thumbnails.
    Basically I’m after positioning the existing overlay source text underneath the picture (instead on overlay) on any size, device and resolution.

    Can you suggest a way to do this? I also consider it would be a good improvement for future versions!

    Best regards and thank you for your support!

    Hi Dani,

    I tried this very quick on my test site and was able to move the source.

    Setting the wrapper with the class “isc-source” to position: relative;

    Adding for the class “isc-source-text” rules that override left, top and bottom to the position you need. You probably have to use !important also.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you for your quick answer. I’ve noticed that even without having any custom CSS the position of the overlay was getting out of the picture area when I had multiple pictures added to the post so I’ve ended up disabling it.
    The theme I’m using is Newspaper 6.

    I really consider it would be a great improvement if we would be able to add this as the picture’s caption. I’ve found the ImageInject plugin that does this automatically but only for pictures imported from Flickr.

    Regards,
    Dani
