Hi mate, could you tell us with which visual builder you have modified the individual product page?

Have you made sure to assign the product to the brand?

Could you tell us which version of our plugin you are using?

Hi, of course, i created a custom template for singe product page with Elementor Pro. Yes, i assigned a brand to all products and im using the lastest version of your plugin. Thanks for your attention.
