Display both html and email values in email

I have a situation where a visitor will select a property on our contact form.

The Property is associated with a number

I have my values added to contact 7 like this:

Currently, the Text appears on the website and the numbers appear in the email, which is good.

Is it possible to display both the Text and Numbers in the email?
