    Is there an option to show the business reply to the reviews as well, instead of just the customer review?
    I have a bad review, and I’d like to show our reply and how we handled it…

    In the widgets we display on y the customer reviews.

    If you need a page where both the reviews and the replies are available, consider registering to the admin: trustindex.io, where you can set up a review summary page, on which all reviews and their answers are availabe to read.
