Display an error while verifying business details

    Hi. When i try to verify business details and select few options from the dropdown, it displays an error in the form of a page full of code and at the end it says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” How can i solve this issue. Is this the plugin or theme incompatibility?

    Yes, the error message you’re seeing is a general WordPress error and can be caused by a variety of issues such as a conflict with another plugin, theme, or even a server issue. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooPayments
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Additionally, check your server logs. Your hosting provider can provide you with your server error logs which can give more details about the error.
