• When I am creating an FAQ Group I have the option to specify a parent, so that I can create a hierarchy. If I create a hierarchy like
    Type 1
    –cat1
    –cat2
    Type2
    –cat3
    –cat4

Is there a way to use the filter to specify the top level FAQ Group and therefore automatically include all the child groups. So with the above heirarchy, if I specify filter=”type 1″, then it would show cat1 and cat2 FAQs? I think if you were doing this you would not want to show any FAQs under “type 1” because Type 1 is simply a grouping mechanism

    Thanks

I suppose the other way to do what I am after is to allow for a wildcard or regular expression driven list of FAQ Groups in the filter statement eg filter=”cat*” or even a database style wildcard (if easier) filter=”cat%”. Is this possible or perhaps a new feature that can be added?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The only workaround i can suggest is to select the parent group along with its child – https://jmp.sh/MX2VTJT

By doing this, when you click on the parent, the child will also display.

    Regards,
