Display ALL Categories without items available?

  • Is there anyway to have the slider display ALL Categories and Sub Categories without any products in said Category?

    Example:

    I have a video game section in my woocommerce and I have 15 different consoles categories, but only games in 5 of them. Only the 5 that have items will appear.

    Can I have the 10 other categories appear as 0 products?
    Is there something that I can add to do this?
