Is it possible to implement such a functional? For example, there are three categories of questions, all of these categories are displayed on one page. It is necessary that when you click on a category one, a list opens with these questions. And the other two were closed.

  • Hi d7fox7vr,

To display all categories as open:
    – go to the Options tab
    – then click “Basic” on the left
    – scroll down to “Functionality’
    – Turn off all options in this section (i.e. disable “FAQ Category Toggle” … “FAQ Category Accordion” ..etc)

Maybe I did not write my question correctly. need to do this:
    https://prntscr.com/m7cj8p
    1. Which shortcode lists question categories?
    2. Can I deduce the category of questions separately, so that when pressed, questions of this category are displayed?

    Hi d7fox7vr,

Thanks for attaching the snapshot. It definitely makes it more clear what you want to achieve.

In order to do that, you simply need to Group FAQs by Categories. To do so:
    1. First create the three Categories under “Categories” tab and name them as Category question 1, Category question 2, and Category question 3
    2. Next go to individual FAQs and assign the FAQs to categories that you created in step 1.
    3. Go to “Options” –> “Ordering” tab and enable “Group FAQs by Category”.
    4. Go to “Options” –> “Basic” tab and enable “FAQ Toggle” and “FAQ Category Toggle”.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
