Display actual discount Price on Purchase receipt and “Your Order” widget

I want to show discount(Actual discount price) on the Purchase receipt and “Your Order” widget. Currently when the customer receive an email after making a successful order, they receive a purchase receipt where we can display discount code but I want to display actual discount with price. How can I achieve that? Can someone please help me out with this one?
