display access control only to specific user roles

hello thanks for this great plugin .
I wanted to know how can I show only to admin and editor the wordpress access control setting that show on post and pages etc.. on the side bar.
i will like to hide that to all users except admin and editor — were can i properly find and insert the code for this.
