    Hi. I love your plugin. i want to Display the historial of the status of the orders without putting the tracking number. If the plugin can’t do that please can youi suggest me a another plugin? I want the customers to see the history of status without putting the tracking number? Ideas?

    I don’t really understand the question? How would the plugin know which order statuses to display without having a tracking number inputted by the user.

    Mmmm evrey status have a connection with a id number that is the your order number. If you want to show all status you can query the database and create one custom theme for show it on the front page.

    The plugin in working great.

    One challenge, when the status changes, the name of the status is not included in the emails so each email looks exactly the same.

    This would cause the customer to wonder what has changed and why they would need to check the status again.

    It also requires the customer to take another action to check the status. It would be better customer service to give them the status in the email.

    What code do I need to use in the email message configuration to include the status of their order?

    Are you using the [order-status] code in your e-mails, and that’s not displaying correctly?
