Display a static page insted of a single post page when clicking the title

Hi fellows,
In my blog i have created several static pages.But in the “home” page i ve post short descriptions about the posts they lay in the static pages.
But when i click the title of the short descriptions in the home page i m taken to a “single post” page where is displayed the same exact short description.How can i make it to be taken to the static page where is the whole post when click the title in the home page?
