I have a follow-up question regarding this topic: TablePress and Site Reviews Integration. Unfortunately, the code posted in one of the solutions is no longer visible.

What would be “best practice” to display an (aggregate) rating generated by the Site Reviews Plugin in TablePress?

The rating should be shown in a table column as stars and being sortable. The rows contain different attributes of a specific post, e.g. titles etc…

Imagine for a movie review site having a table with all the movies and the aggregate user rating for each movie. How would one implement this with TablePress and the Site Reviews plugin?

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

From the TablePress perspective, that approach from the other thread is still perfectly valid, and the best solution.
You will therefore need that code for a Shortcode that directly returns the rating value as a number, i.e. the code for the Shortcode that is used in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/nhgdka
Either that code is now part of the normal Site Reviews plugin, or you’ll need to ask its developer for it.

For the TablePress, everything from that thread then still applies.

    Regards,
    Tobias
