    Hi,

I am trying to add a shortcode to display a specific page but it does not seem to be working:

    https://prnt.sc/_DdGAn_OMwE5

Below is the code I am trying to display:

    [bp_better_messages_pm_button text=”CONTACT US” subject=”Your Subject” message=”Your message” target=”_blank” class=”extra-class” fast_start=”1″ url_only=”1″ user_id=”1″]

Note: Here I have specified url_only=”1″ because I want to render the page directly and not the button (advised by the plugin author)

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi @ailaina123456,

May we know which plugin you’re using to show a page inside the popup?

    Hi @kimmyx

The shortcode is from the plugin called better messages

    Hi @ailaina123456

    Thank you for your reply.

We tested the Better Message by WordPlus. Is this the correct plugin?

It shows on our test that the shortcode is not working on a WordPress page.

    Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8uGZyzZ

Popups are placeholders that show an HTML. It doesn’t control the functionality of the other plugin. It seems the issue is with the shortcode.

It works when the below attributes are not included in the shortcode.

    • text=”CONTACT US”
    • subject=”Your Subject”
    • message=”Your message”
    • target=”_blank”
    • class=”_blank”
    • fast_start=”1″
    • url_only=”1″
    • user_id=”1″

Please see our other test on a WordPress page and using Popup Maker – Remote Content without the other attributes:
    https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uXnD8o

Can you reach out to Better Message support to get assistance on the added attributes?

Let us know their insights. Thank you!
