display a middle slide first

Hi there,
I am wondering if it is possible to have the first slide displayed not actually be the first slide in order so the user can scroll left or right in a horizontal layout. For instance if you had three slides, the first slide displayed is slide 2 and you can go left for slide 1 or right for slide 3.
