Display a list of Courses or Posts in a Course?

Thanks for creating this great plugin, I really like it!

I have a question/suggestion though, is it possible to list all the courses on a site in one place automatically/dynamically?

And/or is it possible to list all the posts in a course in a single page, like a category archive?

Also I way to rearrange the order of the posts in the course would be great too, maybe by giving them an order number.
