Display 1 long column into several short columns

Hi there,

My csv file is a 2 columns file (24 rows). Is is possible to display a table with 8 columns and 6 rows

example:

#,letter
1,a
2,b
3,c
4,d
5,e
6,f
7,g
8,h
9,i

Desired result
#,letter,#,letter
1,a,7,g
2,b,8,h
3,c,9,i
4,d
5,e
6,f
