Hi, for some reason we have over 4000 broken links. I looked at several and they ARE working. My guess is that our server was down? I know I can “check all” and dismiss them page by page, but there are 124 pages of broken links that I’d need to go through. Is there a fast way to dismiss ALL at once? Thanks!

    Hi @avirtualclickaway

    I hope you’re well today!

There are few things that could be done:

    – Broken Link Checker should eventually re-check all these links and if they are working should change their status

    – or you could try to “force” it to re-check them by going to “Settings -> Link Checker -> Advanced” page and clicking on “Re-check all pages”; it will literally delete all information about all links for the database and them make plugin scan entire site again, checking all the links again

    – or you can do something else: on “Tools -> Broken Links” page there’s a “Screen Options” tab in the top-right corner so click on it and it will expand screen options settings where you can change the number of the links displayed “per page”; if you set it to e.g. 100 or more instead of default 30 it will show more links on a single page so you’ll have to go through less pages to “bulk dismiss” them; this would speed up the process a lot.

    Best regards,
    Adam

Thank you! I will try the “re-check all pages” option.
