dismiss or remove custom welcome panel

    This plugin works great to make a custom welcome screen, but I don’t see a way to dismiss the custom welcome screen or remove it with screen options. Since this would just make more work for me later to remove the welcome screen for my clients I can not use this plugin, Hopefully I am just missing something and the custom welcome panels can be removed, dismissed or hidden by the client users. If not that would be a great feature to add, if it is not possible then oh well almost found a usable plugin.
