unable to get rid of the dashboard message “German Court Fines Website Owner for Using Google-Hosted Fonts….” because the dismiss button doesn’t do anything. Have experienced the same thing on lots of sites.

This message is driving me crazy already, you cannot make it go away. I believe – on purpose.

The notice you mention, same as any other coming from the plugin is dismissible, with a click of a button/link.

It is obviously a jQuery error in your WordPress admin.

Well it’s the same issue on every single WP installation I use it on, and I don’t have any issues dismissing other notices. And I don’t get JS errors showing in the console either.

Yep, I can also dismiss every other notice from WP or plugins on every site I use it on. This one is… sticky. Clicking on ‘Dismiss Notice’ does nothing.

There must be something wrong in your WP admin.

When you click Dismiss Notice an AJAX call should be triggered to remove the notice. Please check the browser console to see if it’s triggered or not.
