Dismiss link on request for review gives a critical error

Hi,

When I try to use the link to dismiss the message asking for a review of the plugin, I’m getting a Critical Error message from WordPress. (This is also happening with the dismiss link on the notice about the rebranding.) Here are the details from the WordPress email:
