Dismiss "Add Element" animation permanently

    Whenever I go to edit a form, the animation connected to the “Add Element” button always runs and it persists even if I go to another tab. This is driving me bonkers. How can I permanently dismiss it?

    System: Caldera Forms 1.3.5.3 installed on WordPress 4.5.3, and this occurs in Firefox, Safari, and Vivaldi on Mac OS X 10.11.5.
