Disk space usage

  • Hi
    I have an English website designed for students who are studying English as a second language in Iran.
    After 6 month, i wanted to edit my pages and i logged in to my account and then i saw that my cpanel disk space is full.
    I contacted to my website admin for help but they just said perhaps your word press plugins have a problem.
    I deleted temp and cache folders but still i have this problem.

    I don’t know how to fix this big problem.
    Please help me.

  • Hey there,

    Did your host not give any pointers to where the space is used at least?

    I’ve seen some pretty large error_logs when code creates errors. In cPanel you can see your usage here:

    Best to find what files are taking the space, then track to what’s creating them.

    Hi again
    As I told you, they just said that delete temp and log and your disk space will free.
    Now I have another problem.
    My bandwidth is full.
    I can not access to my website and control panel.
    Is there any special code I should insert to my config.php ?
    Or any other file in wordpress?
