Disingenuous

  • The base plugin is good. It enables helps encourage certain behaviors and participation on my website. However the ‘BP charge’ add-on which I paid $50 was terrible. It almost crashed my site and my users kept getting redirect errors when they tried to access a profile that was charging. For $50 USD I expect a lot more. I also found it disingenuous that they don’t allow people who have requested a refund to leave a review for their paid add-ons. They did however approve my refund easily which is a good thing.
